By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the website or submit a project inquiry through it.

    Description of Services

Trident General Contracting is a residential general contractor based in Plano, Texas, providing ground-up construction, home additions, detached garages, outbuildings, decks, porches, sunrooms, balconies, roofing, siding, foundation work, steel buildings, and pole barns across North Texas. We do not perform minor cosmetic handyman services, single-trade repair calls, touch-ups, or minor house repairs. Any project inquiry submitted through this website is a request for a consultation, not a binding contract for construction services.

    Consultations, Estimates, and Proposals

Initial consultations with Trident General Contracting are free and no-obligation. Following a consultation, Paul may provide a detailed estimate at his discretion, valid for a limited period stated on the proposal. Pricing, scope, and timelines are confirmed only in a signed written contract. Verbal statements, website descriptions, and preliminary estimates do not constitute a binding agreement until a formal contract is executed by both parties.

    Permits, Codes, and Inspections

Where applicable, Trident General Contracting pulls required permits and schedules municipal inspections through the appropriate jurisdiction, including the City of Plano Building Inspection Department and surrounding North Texas municipalities. All work is performed in accordance with applicable local building codes and inspection requirements.

    Licensing and Insurance

Trident General Contracting is licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of Texas. Proof of insurance coverage and bonding is available to prospective clients upon request prior to the execution of a contract.

    User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting project inquiries, including your name, contact details, property location, and project scope. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries.
