Your residential roof repair or replacement will be tentatively scheduled. (In the event of inclement weather your roofing work will be moved to the next clear day).
Roofing materials will be delivered the day before or the day of installation.
Items stored in the attic should be covered. There may be some shingle grind debris during the roofing process (this is the homeowner's responsibility).

For residential re-roofing, art work, photos, décor items, etc. hanging on walls should be moved to a safe place to avoid falling caused by vibration during the roof installation process.
Trident will cover all landscaped areas and outdoor furniture to protect them as needed.
Upon completion of the job, our team will do a final walk thru to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the residential roof installation and clean up. Payment will be collected at this time. A paid receipt and your Trident Warranty will be mailed to you. Warranties for materials will be mailed to you directly from the manufacturer.
