I contacted Home Advisor for some specific work and Trident contacted me in less than 2 minutes of me submitting the request. From there on they worked with our insurance company and ourselves throughout. We are very pleased.

Mr. Paul Willi, Owner of Trident General Contracting, worked with me directly. Promptly attended to my serious needs of a new roof after major hail storm. He was polite, calming and very knowledgable in all aspects of my roof, garage doors and fence, which was completely destroyed during a hail storm.

Trident did a fantastic job with our roof replacement. The work was done on time and in a clean, professional manner. We had some previous problems with leaking around the chimney. Trident (Paul Willi) addressed our concerns by explaining exactly how they would fix the problem, then followed through.

Excellent response to resolving insurance claims issues. Answered all questions before receiving a contract. Followed up on all promises.

Everything was done very well. The only issue is that I never heard back re the damage to my back door. This damage was done at the same time but I don't remember why this was never submitted to my insurance adjuster for review.

Great work! The roofers were wonderful and the crew really appreciated the cookies I made for them! The patio cover is a lot better than the one I had before and is much better looking and drains into the gutters well. I've already recommended you guys to several of my co-workers at Walmart.

The owner was very courteous, helpful, and professional with my roofing needs. He did a thorough and complete inspection of the roof, and provided an estimate in writing. His staff did a great job,and upon completion of the work they cleaned the job sight thoroughly. I would recommend them because of their fair pricing, and excellent work, and their courteous service.

We had recurring issues with pooling water on top of our flat roof, causing leaks into the home, as well as numerous faulty repairs by unqualified roofers. Trident stands apart in their integrity and competence for roofing in Dallas; I feel that strongly about them. They re-engineered a sloped roof for our town home. Water no longer stands on the roof and drains cleanly to the gutters. We're really thankful to have found Trident General Contracting, we could not be more pleased with their quality workmanship and customer service.

"Overall we were very pleased. The kitchen in particular is perfect, with custom cabinets and a beautiful granite countertop. We secured a complex home renovation bank loan for this work and TGC was wonderful about completing all the paperwork the bank demanded, which was considerable. I appreciated the detailed written estimates Paul provided, and his willingness to make not just one but 6 major changes to the job as we went along. I also appreciated that the supervisor for our job, David, was always prompt in responding to my texts, questions, and clarifications. The kitchen cabinets were custom-made for our space, and we were allowed to buy our own appliances and have them installed. The work did take a LOT longer than we expected -- almost 6 months-- and there were several times when nothing happened at all for two or three days in a row. That is probably my only real complaint. It also went well over budget, but that is not the fault of TGC, aside from perhaps vastly underestimating the plumbing cost on the original application. We discovered that the house had two separate foundations after the work began, and extra work was required to fix that. In the three months that we have been home again (we had to move out completely for this work) my only other real complaint is that the re-plastered ceilings are already cracking in the two places that they were cracking before. But I am not sure that is their fault, as this area of Dallas has a lot of movement. I would hire them again. My kitchen is soooooo nice now."

I had a water pipe break in my house just before a home sale. Trident was able to come in and fix the water damage in a timely manner and did great work. They were able to work around my unique circumstances and helped me finish the sale of my home.

I contacted Trident and the next day Paul came out to evaluate the home we were purchasing. The entire home needed to be renovated, in addition to foundation, electrical, HVAC and plumbing repairs. Paul spent hours going over every detail of the project, oversaw all bids, worked with our loan officers and consultants and met with all the sub-contractors to ensure not only quality work but also that we were completely satisfied as customers. The prices were fair and affordable. I would highly recommend Trident to anyone that has home care needs!
